We have business associate agreements with over 84 outpatient (primary care and specialty) and inpatient facilities. Some of our clients are large organizations and others are independently owned physician offices. We tailor-make our agreement to meet the needs of each facility. From paper-based medical records to electronic health records.

Copies-F.Y.I. continuously solicits feedback so we can evaluate our service, initiate changes and implement improvement. Our clients depend on our expertise when it comes to releasing protected health information. Copies F.Y.I. assists with the creation of HIPAA and State valid authorizations. We review and process all types of requests, including Subpoenas and Court Orders.
